TELECom Android Anti-malware can remove all virus, it may not be clean completely later. Therefore a new feature is added which is log file method. if you can't remove malware and virus completely, try the process which is described below.

1. Click Open log button which is located in tool's bottom.

2. then log folder will open and find the log file which is related on device which is not completely removed malware. And you should upload this file to our group.

3. unless we are not many busy, we will upload the update file in a day.

4. if you have many log files, you can remove log files via clicking clear log button.

5. if you have no problem, you should upload all log files to our group.
